Our History

CABISOL S.A. was formed as a strategic joint venture between Central American Boilers (CAB), Guatemala and Industrial IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IITSOL), India. CAB contributes decades of boiler, steam and balance-of-plant expertise in sugar and power, while IITSOL brings 25+ years of experience in PLC/DCS/SCADA, drives and industrial IT for complex process industries. Together, we combine global engineering expertise with local execution centralized design and solution architecture from India and Guatemala, delivered through regional teams, partners and works in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. From these foundations, CABISOL has evolved into a full-scope EPC and industrial solutions provider, integrating mechanical, electrical, automation and digital technologies to execute projects always aligned to one principle: engineered globally, executed locally, owned end-to-end.
